 Zongke Optoelectronics Equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., formerly known as Zongke Mechanical & Electric Factory, was founded in 1996. We set up Mechatronics Equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in 2008 and Zonghe Optoelectronics Equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in 2011. We are the first manufacturer of automatic gold ball bonders, AL bonders, AL wire wedge bonders, die bonders, sealing machines, automatic LED sorting machines and SMD taping machines in China. Located in the north of Zhonghang Shahe Industrial Area, Zongke boasts 3000 square meters of business area and about 200 employees, including 130 people who received junior college education or higher education. Our company also has a professional R&D team consisting of 50 people, 80% of whom have university degree or higher. In recent years, Zongke has established close partnership with Qinghua University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, HKUST, Harbin Institute of Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University and Northwestern Polytechnical University in scientific research and management. The cooperation improves Zongke's technological and management levels. Having launched about 40 types of semi-conductor packaging equipment, such as wire bonders, die bonders, sealing machines, LED sorting machines and SMD taping machines which were independently designed, made and marketed by ourselves, Zongke now represents the most powerful enterprise engaged in the production of COB, LED and IC equipment. Following the principle of "developing markets both at home and abroad", Zongke has sold our products to the USA, Brazil, India, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan Area and other countries and regions in the world.
